Introduction
The Still Room is operated by Sawtooth Studios Ltd and provides a rehearsal, meeting and event space within Keswick Hall in Norwich.
Sawtooth Studios Ltd is committed to providing an inclusive and welcoming environment and to supporting access to activities wherever reasonably possible.
The Still Room is located within a Grade II listed building. While efforts are made to ensure accessibility, some aspects of the historic building may place limits on structural alterations.
Access to the Building
The main entrance to Keswick Hall provides step-free access to the building.
Blue Badge parking spaces are available close to the main entrance.
The Still Room is located on the first floor of the building. Lift access to the first floor is available.
The studio space, kitchen facilities and toilet facilities used by visitors to The Still Room are located on the first floor.
Facilities
Accessible toilet facilities are available within the building.
Gender-neutral toilet facilities are available.
Shared kitchen facilities may be used by hirers and participants during activities.
Use of the Space
The Still Room is a flexible studio environment used for rehearsals, meetings and small events.
Furniture within the space can usually be arranged to support different access needs. Hirers are responsible for ensuring that circulation routes remain clear and that the space is arranged safely.
Seating is available within the space and visitors are welcome to sit or take breaks as needed during activities.
Emergency Evacuation
In the event of a fire alarm or emergency evacuation, lifts must not be used. Evacuation from the first floor is via the stairways within the building.
Visitors who may require assistance during an emergency evacuation are encouraged to contact us in advance so that appropriate arrangements can be made. A Personal Emergency Evacuation Plan (PEEP) can be arranged on request.

Limitations
Keswick Hall is a historic Grade II listed building. While reasonable steps are taken to support accessibility, some physical features of the building may limit the extent to which alterations can be made.
